These booklets contain the lessons from the Church of England’s 1961 Table of Lessons for the Daily Office worked out for the given church years (from Advent Sunday). As well as including the greater holy days with their proper lessons, the lesser holy days of the 1662 Book of Common Prayer are noted,* plus the rogation and ember days. Booklets can be downloaded for the next five years here:

The booklets when finished are ISO/DIN A6 size. The ‘plain A6’ files contain the pages at this size; the ‘imposed A5’ files contain the pages imposed onto A5 paper to be printed double-sided and folded; the ‘double-imposed A4’ files contain two such A5 leaves on each leaf of A4, to be cut and then folded. The A6 size fits almost perfectly into a pocket- or pew-sized copy of the Book of Common Prayer.
If you are in North America, you may find Markus Kuhn’s information on ISO paper sizes useful. Since it is not easily available here in Europe, I am not able to produce versions that can print on US Letter-sized paper.
This will depend very much on your printer, operating system, etc. You will need to print onto A5 paper and configure your printer to print in ‘booklet’ style. Arrange the signatures into the correct order (if they weren’t already), fold, and optionally staple.
Print the file with short-side double-sided printing, arrange the signatures into the correct order, fold, and optionally staple.
Print the file with long-side double-sided printing, slice the pages in two with a guillotine or similar, arrange the signatures into the correct order, fold, and optionally staple.
